Saturday morning Yoga and Meditation
with Paritosh
Yoga practices bring: An enhanced feeling of freedom and space to our body and spirit, a strengthening of core muscles, flexibility of the spine and easing of joints, improving posture, breath awareness and wellbeing
Benefits of simple meditation techniques include: Increased energy levels, a positive outlook, reduced levels of stress and anxiety, and relaxation to both body and mind.

Everyone is welcome - beginners and those already familiar with Yoga
