Reflexology

Reflexology – Susan Quayle

Reflexology works on the principle that different parts of the foot, known as reflexes, represent different parts of the body. Working these reflexes produces deep relaxation enabling the body to heal and re-balance, creating homeostasis. Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that helps the body to heal itself both physically and emotionally.

Sessions last about 60 minutes and cost £35.

About Susan: I am a fully qualified complementary therapist with ITEC diplomas in Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Anatomy & Physiology, Business Awareness & Ethical Practice and  recognised certificates in Indian Face Massage, Fertility Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology and Thermo-auricular Therapy. I am fully insured and am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and a founder member of Maternity Reflexology South West.
